Refurbish Your Cracked iPhones with LCD Refurbishing Machines General Setting

In this blog, you are going to know the steps and the equipment required to refurbish your cracked iPhones and about the LCD Laminating Machine.

Tools and steps which you need to succeed

1. Cut the 4 corners of the frame- using the hot flame blade cutter, cut all the plastic bezel on all 4 corners. This will allow the side of the frame to be easily pulled off for the subsequent process.

2. Remove the frame from the glass- try to have 2 in 1 LCD Refurbishing Machines, which is a great cost and space saver. A hot plate should be used to heat the glue so that the side frames can be easily removed from the glass. The hot plate must be kept at 70 degrees Celsius.

3. Separate the glass from the LCD using a Screen separator machine- a small piece of tape packing tape must be placed over the cracked LCD so that it allows for better suction on the hot plate. Make sure that the LCD separator machine is maintained at 70 degrees Celsius. Using the small razor blade or knife, remove the leftover glue by using the cutting wire start cutting off the LCD starting at the bottom.

4. Remove the polarizer from the LCD using the Polarizer Remover Machine- in this step, use the built-in hot blade and set it to a temperature of about 180 to 200c. After the blade is fully heated, start with one edge of the LCD removing the entire polarizer and work continuously until the polarizer is completely separated enough to be pulled back so that it’s become easy to remove the remainder of the polarizer.

All the above steps must be done in the correct sequence order for getting an effective result. Parts Fixit is the leader in LCD Refurbishing Machine innovation, and they also have Back Glass with Apple Logo, which can be used to fit onto the back glass panel during the lamination of the iPhone.
